(CNN) — A constabulary serviceman caught a 1-month-old babe dropped from a second-floor balcony successful Jersey City, New Jersey, connected Saturday morning, according to authorities.

Jersey City Police responded to a telephone of a kid successful information and recovered a antheral threatening to propulsion the babe from the 2nd communicative of the building, Mayor Steven Fulop said in an Instagram post.
